North Star Title Agency is proud to announce the appointment of Jana Segarra as our new General Manager. With a career spanning decades in the title insurance industry, Jana brings a rare combination of technical expertise, leadership experience, and a deep commitment to team development.

Jana’s journey in title insurance began in high school, and her passion for the field has only grown since. She has held executive roles including Senior Title Officer, Department Manager, and EVP, and is licensed in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Florida, and New York. Her career highlights include training professionals across all levels, resolving complex title issues, and managing multifaceted title projects from contract due diligence through post-closing.

Beyond her technical acumen, Jana is a recognized leader in the industry. She has served on numerous capacities, including:

• Chairperson and Licensed Title Instructor, New Jersey Land Title Institute
• Trustee, NJLTA Agency Section
• Member, ALTA Membership and Talent Committees
• Editor and Contributor, The Advocate, NJLTA’s official publication
